Soluble varnish removal device "SVR"

No hassle in management, just switch it on and it works! It also removes settled varnish.

The "SVR" is a soluble varnish removal device used worldwide to prevent varnish formation in lubricants. Using ICB purification technology, it removes varnish contaminants dissolved in oil without affecting the additives in turbine oil. It can be installed at any time on the bypass line of the oil tank, and during turbine operation, it reduces the varnish that precipitates and deposits when the oil temperature decreases by removing the varnish dissolved in the oil. 【Features】 ■ Removes deposited varnish ■ Prevents stickiness of servo valves ■ Reduces ISO code (particle count grade) ■ Restores oil color and clarity ■ Compact installation area with simple piping *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

SVR 1200-M Lubricating Oil Varnish Removal Filter

SVR 1200-M Lubricating Oil Varnish Removal Filter

The only proven device in the world that can safely solve the varnish problem in lubricating oil. In the past, electrostatic oil purification devices have been recommended as a measure to remove varnish from lubricating oil. While electrostatic purification seems effective, it eventually loses its ability to lower QSA and MPC values. The reason for this is that electrostatic oil purification devices can only remove insoluble substances, and they cannot eliminate varnish that is extracted from the lubricating oil. What is certain about the varnish problem is that the oxidation byproducts of lubricating oil are varnish. Soluble contaminants, which are precursors to varnish, accumulate and cause chemical reactions, ultimately producing high molecular weight monomers and polymers, which extract varnish from the oil and lead to sludge deposition. The ICB technology built into EPT's SVR (Soluble Varnish Removal) system is an oil purification device that removes soluble contaminants before they turn into varnish.
